ICE BREAKER: What is the first thing you do on Sunday mornings?
Read Matthew 28:1-10.
Who is coming to the tomb? Why are they going to the tomb? What do you think they felt as they were on their way? What difficulties do they expect?
Put yourself in their place, what would you feel if you experienced this earthquake and saw the empty tomb?
How did these women react to seeing Jesus? Why did they worship him? Why do you think Jesus appeared to these women before the disciples?
How is the resurrected Jesus appearing to us today?
How can we pray for each other this week?
